Everything Everywhere - (Orange Personal Communications Networks) - Security Suite

ECS were commissioned to provide several applications used by the Orange PCN Security team.  The applications are based on the best-in-class Oracle database and have become increasingly important to the smooth and efficient running of these aspects of the Orange Mobile business. Areas that are addressed by these applications range from RIPA reporting, through Security Incident Management to Risk Assessment and physical security auditing tools.

The standard methodology used means that security personnel can work in a multi disciplined way, reducing overheads and increasing efficiency. Central management, monitoring and reporting means that less time is now wasted in collating and acting on information and that the state of readiness and any outstanding security issues throughout the Orange estate is available on demand.

These benefits ensured a very rapid return on investment.  Regulatory requirements are met thoroughly and professionally and our RIPA reporting system received favourable comments through the Home Office auditing process.
